Litlu Jólin
Join us as we celebrate Litlu Jólin for the second time in the history of the association. This will be fun for the whole family where we will have cookie decoration for the kids, and a selection of good food and good company for the rest of us. If you would like to contribute, please sign up what you would like to bring here.
After the event, those that want can join us for a walk around the neighborhood to look at the beautiful Christmas lights.

Sons of Norway Christmas Fair - Nov 7 & 8
Sons of Norway, Trollheim Lodge are hosting a Christmas fair on November 7th & 8th and we are invited!

Bóndadagur - (Husbands/Farmers day) - January 24, 2026
Join us in celebrating Bóndadagur with a day filled with board games for all skill levels. We will have anything from PS5 to kids board games to 4 way chess to the more advanced who enjoy a complicated setup. Come and play, or just to hang out.
Konudagur - (Woman's day) - February 20, 2026
We will celebrate Konudagur with an intimate gathering of our Knitting club. There might not be much knitting happening, but there sure will be good food, conversation and company.
Sumardagurinn Fyrsti - (First day of summer) - April 26, 2026
In celebration that Iceland lives with the dream that summer starts in April, we will go bowling. Join us for a family fun day out, safe from any type of weather.

Please consider donating to the association. All funds will go towards events. To donate, scan the QR code, or search in your Venmo app for @Lauren-C-Daggett
To use the QR code, open up your camera, and point the camera at the code. A little link will pop up on your screen, click it and it will go to your venmo app. If you don't have Venmo, you can download it in your app store.
We ask for donations to cover the cost of the events. Any money left over will be put into the next event, ending with our grand slam of the year, Littlu Jólin. If you are unable to donate, please still join us, participation is not dependent on if you are able to donate or not. We ask that you donate whatever amount you are able to whether it is $5 or $50. The board members of the association donate their time and resources and will never accept any compensation for this role. We are all in an agreement that it takes a village to keep up the Icelandic community here in Colorado.
